Hello and welcome
My name is Mingh, and I am a community herbalist and nurse dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their health through the wisdom of plants, the power of prevention, and the healing rhythms of nature. I’m also a medicine maker, wildcrafter, gardener, public speaker, educator, and writer.
When I’m not blending herbs or consulting with clients, you’ll likely find me in my garden, taking nature photos, or cooking homemade meals for my dog and cat—my most devoted taste-testers.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking to deepen your connection to plant medicine, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I came to herbalism after years of practicing as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). I earned my Master of Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA, and have served as a nurse educator and nursing school instructor, mentoring the next generation of compassionate healthcare providers.
Through my work, I witnessed both the power and limitations of conventional medicine. I began to crave a more holistic, earth-connected approach — one that honors the body’s innate ability to heal and addresses the root causes of imbalance.
That path led me to herbalism.
As an herbalist, I help clients manage a variety of health challenges by integrating plant-based support, preventative care, and patient-centered healing. My approach blends scientific training with traditional knowledge and emphasizes collaboration, education, and empowerment.
My herbal education includes studies with the HomeGrown Herbalist Online School of Botanical Medicine and selected classes through CommonWealth Holistic Herbalism. I’ve also spent countless hours in self-directed study, learning directly from plant teachers in my garden and local green spaces. Nature has become both my classroom and sanctuary.
Whether I’m formulating a custom tincture, leading a workshop, or guiding someone through the process of reconnecting with their body and the earth, I do so with the intention to listen deeply, care wisely, and honor the lineage of healers who came before me.
